You can now log in and register for merit badges for your son. Log in details will be sent to each parent on 04/26/2018. Please register ASAP.
Point your browser to https://scoutingevent.com/?OrgKey=BSA611 and find the “Parent Portal” link at the top of the page.
Use the provided User ID and Password to log into the system.
Toward the middle fo the page is the merit badge registration information.
Click “Select Classes” to begin.
Select a class for each of the available periods. The periods can be changed by using the drop down box at the top of the class list. Review the class options on the right and click the class. It will then appear in the class schedule on the left. Details on availability, costs and prerequisities are listed.
You can use the “Show Class Schedule” at any time to review what has been registered.
If you have any fees, please pay them. DO NOT PAY if you show camp fees (you shouldn’t, but just in case, do not … give it a day and then retry).
Lastly, if your son has dietary restrictions, please list them in the box just under merit badge registration.
