After each troop meeting, the senior patrol leader should hold a brief meeting of the patrol leaders’ council to review how the troop meeting went, go over the plans for the next meeting, and modify anything that might require adjustments.
Leaders who should attend are:
- Senior Patrol Leader
- Assistant Senior Patrol Leaders
- Patrol Leaders
- Scoutmaster
- Assistant Scoutmasters
- Troop Committee Chair
The Scoutmaster will also layout the plan for the next meeting and review so all Scouts leaders will be aware of the next week’s meeting plan.
This should only take 10 minutes.
After the youth leadership meet, adults will gather to provide their input. The goal will be to finish and be out of the building by 8:45-8:50pm.
