Folks can begin to arrive at 5pm. A port-o-let has been secured for the troop to use. Camping is available on the property adjacent the airfield. There will be a large communal fire pit for use with wood on field.
The aviation merit badge will be offered up and Dale McLaughlin will be the counselor for that.
In the evenings there will be star viewing hosted by the Spokane Astronomy Club and featuring a very large telescope for distant and detailed viewing! It is encouraged that if scouts have their own telescope to bring it where they can receive guidance or coaching on using them or calibrating them if needed.
If the scouts would like to participate in a Model rocket launch on Sunday morning.
