PARENTS MEETING – Thank you to all the parents that attended! At this meeting, we rolled out some adult volunteer opportunities that need filled for the fall season – but we wouldn’t say no to starting now 🙂
Over the next few weeks, we will be highlighting a few of these before sharing the information again with the entire troop at the Court of Honor. This week we are highlighting: Board of Review Coordinator
Each Scout will participate in a board of review before earning their next rank. From Scout rank to Eagle Scout rank, these short interviews are completed by parents. This position will arrange these boards during our monthly advancement nights and run them with 2-3 other parents. You’ll get the privilege of watching our youngsters turn into wonderful young men and women.
SUMMER CAMP – We are still registering scouts for camp! Cost is $420, and we have assistance available for those who need it. If you plan to have your scout attend, make an deposit right away. Registration for classes is now open. You can only register for classes when your scout is paid in full. Attached is the class list.

If you have not already, please schedule your BSA physical use the attached forms, and return to me, or our new Summer Camp Coordinator Michelle Mitchell! Remember to include a copy of the back and front of your insurance card 🙂
FAMILY LIFE – We started this merit badge earlier this year. We will be doing the classwork at 6 PM May 24. If you need help knowing what to finish up, or if you need to take care of this on an other day, see Christell Casey at meetings before then.
