We are planning to go camping in April!
It’s been a long haul, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. As of today, we are planning to camp the weekend of April 23-25. There are still a lot of peices that need to fall into place, but our hope is that we’ll be ready by then.
With that in mind, we’d like to ask you to “sign-up” virtually. Below is a link to a form. Please only complete it if you are sure you’ll be going. We’ll keep it open until the Friday before (04/16), so you’ll have time to decide. A couple other items to consider:
- Attendees: The form has room for four family members, but if you have more in your family group that will be attending, add the extra names to the notes field.
- Car Pooling: There will be no car pooling now or in the near future. If your son wants to attend and you cannot, he won’t be able to go. Protocols will not allow us to share rides at this time. Hopefully that will loosen as we move into late spring/early summer.
- COVID-19: We will be practicing social distancing and will wear masks when not at your tent or with your family group.
- Food: This may change, but for now, boys will eat individually and parents will need to eat on their own too. Bob may change this as we get closer, but for now, make plans as though everyone eats on their own.
