Summer Camp
It’s time to sign up for summer camp. This year we will be going out of council and attending Camp Fife from July 7-13. It is located on the west side of the state and has some unique programs for the boys. Full details can be found at www.troop313.net/summer-camp. Please sign up at the kitchen window on Tuesday or just send me an email. A $100 deposit is due at sign up with the remaining $210 due after spring break.
Camp Cards will be available to sell again this year and proceeds can be used to pay for camp. Felicia will be at the Parent’s Meeting on Tuesday with details. This is a great way for your son to pay for all or part of his camp fees!
Eagle Project
Grant is working on his Eagle project. This one is different that the ones we’ve seen in the past. He is collecting used, prescription eye glasses, which will be distributed throughout the world, to those who cannot afford them. It is a worthy venture and one that we can help him with by donating any used eye glasses. He will have a collection box available at the next few meetings. Eagle Board of Review
An Eagle Board will be held for Joey on Monday (03/04). I’m looking for one more parent to help. No experience is needed, just a desire to get to know one of these unique and interesting boys.
