Please bring your checks to complete payment for Summer Camp fees. The total amount is $340. Most have paid at least $100 deposit, but some have a bit more or less based on fundraisers. So let me know if you need to know what the remaining amount due is.
Merit badge registration will begin next week too. Scouts who have paid their summer camp dues in full will receive access. Most merit badge fees can be paid online when you register.
A couple other reminders in regards to summer camp:
- A manditory parent’s meeting will be held on Tuesday 05/08 at 6:00pm at the church
- A full medical form is required for camp – this includes Part C which needs to be signed by a doctor
- Parents wishing to join us are welcome to attend. If you plan to stay more than two nights, you too will need a full medical form. All parents should take Youth Protection (https://my.scouting.org/).

Cooking Merit Badge
There are two opportunites for cooking coming up soon. Please visit the merit badge page to see both opportunities and where your son may be able to attend.
This is an Eagle required badge so make sure your son completes this badge!
Please return any unsold camp cards and payments by Tuesday 05/01.
Patrol Leader Council/Advancement Night
At 6:00pm, we’ll hold a PLC at the church. All troop and patrol leaders are required to attend. At 7:00pm, the Pinetrees will meet as normal with Mr. Davis, while the rest of the troop will have an Advancement night.
Latah/Hangman Corridor Service Project
Service project on Saturday 04/21 from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Meet at Campion Park, 1/4 mile north of the Hatch Road cutoff on Highway 195.
