Happy Thanksgiving!!

Patrol Leader Council
The November PLC is on Tuesday 11/28 at 6:00pm. All troop and patrol leadership are required to attend. We’ll talk about the first quarter of 2018.

Advancement Night
Tuesday is also advancement night. Pinetree/Owl patrols meet with Mr. Davis as normal. The rest of you have the night off or can attend to get help with advancement. I do know that there will be a couple board of reviews so if some parents can stick around to help, it would be appreciated.

Buck Knife Sale
As a reminder, Buck Knife has a sale that starts Monday 11/27 and runs through Saturday 12/02. If you need a knife or were planning to purchase one for a gift, now is the time.

Webelos Skill Day
Saturday 12/09 is Webelos Skill Day. This is a mandatory event and boys need to spend the next few weeks planning. Parents are encouraged to attend and participate too. More details to come.

Unit Commissioner
Chinook District is looking for an individual who would be interested in filling the role of Unit Commissioner (would work with just our troop). This is an administrative position that would basically be a liaison between the troop and the district. There are a lot of things that happen at the District level that Bob and myself don’t have time to pursue. This person would be that bridge. If you are interested, download the basic position description and consider attending an informational meeting on December 7th at 5:30pm at the Council Office.
